Digital Print Operator / Flatbed and Roll to Roll
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operation and daily maintenance of large format printing equipment, plotters and laminators
- Documentation and sampling of all job specs, colors and profiles
- Read and interpret Work orders and Technical Drawings
- Preparation of vinyl graphics including weeding, masking and trimming
- Set up of files for output and production
- Knowledge of ONYX rip software or similar
- Conceptualize and design vehicle wraps and graphics and do layouts for client approval as required
- Ensure that Art Department and production area is kept clean and organised at all times
- Packaging and shipping of graphics

- Team player

- Must be able deal with stress and pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Decision making abilities
- Prior knowledge of sign / graphics / print industry is an asset with a focus on Digital Printing
- Prior use of the following equipment / software would be an asset:
*HP latex and flatbed printers
*EPSON printers
*SUMMA plotters
*SEAL laminators
*Roller table graphic applicators
*Adobe Creative Suite of programs
*ONYX rip software
Compensation will be based on previous experience and qualifications.
